All services are free & confidential. 

Our hours are Monday-Thursday 9 am-5 pm. If you are submitting an appointment request after hours or from Friday-Sunday, a nurse will contact you the following business day. Or you may use the nurse chat box (in the lower right of your screen) to schedule your appointment.
